Dear Clarke Families,

On behalf of the Clarke PTO, welcome to the 2023-24 school year. The PTO serves as a key resource to Clarke families, keeping you informed of school events and news through our weekly newsletters and website; hosting family events/activities; connecting families; providing small grants to teachers and staff, and more.

To make Clarke the best it can be, we need your membership and support – so please join our PTO or renew your membership today! With your $35 membership you’ll receive access to our online family directory, receive our weekly email newsletter, and provide resources for your student’s classrooms. Joining the PTO is one critical way to make an impact, but it’s not the only way – please also consider volunteering at Clarke. There is a position for everyone, and many jobs can be done with only a few hours of effort and from home. 

There are a number of ways to keep informed about what is happening in and around the Clarke community:

  • Clarke PTO Website for calendar of PTO and school events and detailed information about volunteers and PTO-sponsored events

  • PTO Weekly Email Newsletter for dates of upcoming events and short announcements (must confirm contact info here to be included)

  • PTO Meetings – monthly, generally Wednesday evenings. Join us at our first meeting, Wed Sept 13th at 7 PM in the Clarke IMC (Instructional Materials Center) or Library

Upcoming Events:

  • New Student Open House – Friday, August 25 from 9-11am | Clarke spiritwear t-shirts will be on sale for $15 each. We will have shirts on hand that morning. Sale will be first come, first served, with limited quantities/sizes available. These shirts will be available again during our regular spiritwear sale later in the school year. We will be accepting cash or online payments with a link available that day to pay online via paypal.

  • Say Hello, PTO – Tuesday, August 29 at 8:15am. | Mornings are busy and we know many of you have more than one drop off, but if you are able, please bring your own coffee and join us on the patio for some breakfast treats on the first day of school. We look forward to seeing you there! 

  • Welcome Back Clarke PTO Meeting – Wednesday, September 13 at 7pm in the Clarke IMC (Instructional Materials Center) or Library, All Welcome!

  • Welcome Back Clarke Family Picnic – Friday, September 15, 5:30-7pm – More details to come! PTO Calendar
